You've probably already answered this, but I was wondering what type of recording software you use to make your beats and record your music? and if you use mac or pc? (god, that question has become the boxers or briefs of the computer/music world, hasn't it? ;D)

At the moment, I'm using Record (with Reason) by Propellerheads almost exclusively, for all my synthesis, sequencing, and audio. Every track on Casualties was mixed in Record.
I started using Reason when it first came out. It was much more limited then -- it has tons more features and virtual devices now. I used Reason 1 for Knowledge Scars, Reason 2 for W&A, Reason 3 for Blossoms, and now, Reason 4 + Record for Casualties. I was using Digital Performer (the poor man's ProTools) for audio mixing, up until I got Record.
I also used to use MetaSynth (used it on the tracks HSEN-423 and Insomnia, among other things) to add more interesting textures back when Reason was more limited.
I prefer Macs for everything creative.

Oh, cool... thanks!
I currently use Cakewalk Sonar 5... a Windows based program, attached to a Lexicon Omega device which records everything directly from my Casio WK-3700, and some MXL 550 microphones. It's always really interesting to hear what other people use.
